“ the best filet in town and it is not close. I rarely give 5 stars. This place far exceeded expectations the ambiance is wonderful in a charming converted house which is intimate and warm. The service is incredibly prompt attentive without being over bearing but the food is what really stole the show. The oyster appetizer is a must try. We had white fish and the fillet, the fillet is as good as Ive had. ”
“ Finally planned an evening to try this place, at the recommendation of many friends and neighbors. Ambiance is cozy and comfortable, and the food is phenomenal, as well as reasonably priced compared to similar local restaurants. The filet and duck are both phenomenal. Portion sizes are quite large, too. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back soon. ”
“ This is me and my wifes go to place in the city. The service and the food are consistently supreme. Weve gotten the filet, the shrimp and grits, the tuna and the chicken, and everything is great. Id highly recommend the creme brulee for dessert. This place is a literal cant miss in the food capital of the world. ”
“ Six of us dined at Bistro Daisy Saturday night. We dine here a few times a year. The speckled trout with lump crab meat was perfectly cooked delicious! My husband had the duck and said it was the best duck hes ever had. Others at our table had the speckled trout, tuna, and the bouillabaisse. Everyone loved their meal. Baked Alaska and after dinner drinks were all wonderful. Service is impeccable. One of our favorite restaurants. The owners and waitstaff are always welcoming and friendly. Looking forward to going back soon! ”
“ Well, its about time I write a review for my favorite restaurant in the entire city.... From being made to feel like family to homey atmosphere to the melt in your mouth flavors, you need to look no further for the best meal and experience in New Orleans. The lamb shank is probably the best dish Ive ever had in my life. My wife loves the puppy drum with crabmeat. Filet is phenomenal as well. We always get the crabmeatbeet appetizer and the warm spinach salad as well. Incredible. Also the wine prices are unbeatable. This place holds an incredibly special place in my heart I proposed after an incredible night at Bistro Daisy. Its a part of my world and I relish the opportunity to eat there any time I can! Thank you Dianna spelling? for the hospitality as always!!! ”
“ Chef Anton, Diane, Daisy and staff gave my wife and I a memorable anniversary dinner! The appetizers of escargot, lump crab meat and entrees of drum and filet mignon and desserts of baked Alaska and homemade peppermint ice cream were to perfection! ”
“ My husband and I ate here for our anniversary. We made the reservation online and he added that it was our anniversary. Multiple employees stopped to tell us happy anniversary which was very sweet. We LOVED this place! It was a one room dining room in an old home on Magazine street. All the food was excellent. We had the lump crab and daisy salad for apps, followed by the trout special and finished with a lemon tart. Well done! ”
“ It is every bit as good as they say it is. What a charming little haute where the art of a great meal is not lost. Our waiter Jason was the bomb. Every disk was over the top fantastic. Just go! ”
